Refunds

If Ocadox Pro isn't right for you, you can have your money back within 30 days of buying it. No questions asked.

How to get a refund

  1. Within 30 days of buying, email kenneth.york@kennethyork.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your Gumroad receipt.
  2. That's it. We'll refund the full price through Gumroad, usually within a few days. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

What happens to your licence

A refund deactivates the licence key. Ocadox notices the next time it checks the key (about once a month) and goes back to the free version. Your chats, bots, files and settings stay as they are.

After 30 days

Purchases older than 30 days aren't normally refunded, except where the law where you live says otherwise. If something is wrong, write to us anyway and we'll see what we can do.

Taxes and the seller

Gumroad is the seller of record and refunds the price and any tax it charged. The full purchase terms are in the Terms.
